The POWER Library is a service of Pennsylvania’s public libraries, school libraries, and the State Library. The POWER Library provides access to thousands of full text periodical articles, newspapers, a major encyclopedia, plus photographs, pictures, charts, maps, and reference materials for people of all ages. |

Obtaining a Library Card Any permanent resident of Greene County, Greene County property owner, Waynesburg University student, a person who is employed in Greene County, or a non-resident presenting a library card issued from another library and bearing an Access PA sticker may receive a free library card upon completion of an application and provision of proof of identification (ID) and current address. Acceptable photo ID's:
Non-residents may register for a library card with full borrowing privileges by completing the above steps, and paying an annual fee of $5.00. |
